I would Like to see the ability for a student and teacher to be able to chat back and forth...

i.e. say I am at home sick or simply off campus, but monitoring remotely. I would like the ability to be able to have open communication... either via chat box... or a feature added that would allow me to connect directly to my students in what would be like a virtual tutorial...

I would even go as far as to allow it to be done 1 on 1... or whole group or "selected" students...

this would be a monumental improvement to the platform... in regards to being able to provide quality instruction... in varying ways....

as well as.... allowing the capabilities for teachers to redirect students on the spot.

Lastly, there are many bugs in the blocking system... and the class schedule auto start sessions is extremely buggy.... as it does not start automatically... It will not start a session unless i physically go into lightspeed and try to view the class... and once I do that... it finally realizes the session should have started....

I would like to have it where it will start regardless of the account holder being logged in or not.... because us teachers dont have the time every day to just log in and make sure its good....'

what good is an auto-start if it doesnt actually start?
