Stopping blank iframes opened by Javascript

It would be great if there were some way to block so-called about:blank cloaking using a Lightspeed product. Sites like rammerhead.org open a blank iframe with javascript in a new tab and then load a webpage in it. The student's web browsing is then effectively cloaked, unless a teacher physically sees on their screen what they are doing. The teacher cannot see anything in Classroom for the about:blank tab.
