Testing Blackout feature for teacher monitoring

Its testing season, and for many schools that means in our district lightspeed is disabled to secure the test items and not violate test security. Teachers are not happy. Can District admins give the testing browsers to lightspeed with a "DO NOT MONITOR these apps". That would make teachers unable to monitor testing platforms without having to disable the entire lightspeed platform. More and more test platforms are on computer (Bluebook, Cambium, TestNav, etc) if Lightspeed will not allow teachers to monitor students when these platforms are on screen that would be a huge help.
