This might be the person who requested the app -- or someone else. Either way, as we perform our annual review of our approved apps, the IT team often needs input from the internal customer(s) who are using the app. Having the internal customer documented in Digital Insight would help on multiple levels. If that could be displayed in the app's info on our public page, that would also help our users know who to reach out to if they need approval to gain access to the app or just have questions about its use or application.
The field could be called "Internal Customer" or "Primary Stakeholder". (You get the idea...)
