One recommendation as I am working through approving apps during the summer is something similar to the staff approved that they will be adding...having an approved with limitations. Some of the apps that I am approving, I am writing that "are only approved if students don't log in with google and use a generic/fake name" because I don't have a DPA with that vendor but they are able to use the site without technically logging in. As a teacher and knowing teachers in my district...the second they see approved, that's all they need to see...they aren't going to go in and look at the description. So having that approved with limitations, I think would force them to see the description and read that students can use the site as long as they don't log into the site.
