Currently the backend is designed to have a primary, secondary and law enforcement contact. When there is more added we are unable to choose the order of the call list and can only mark the order in the name of the contact. San Mateo has 4-5 individuals on the call list and it is difficult to label the order. They have a specific order that is needed.
