Currently, you can only add comments when closing an Alert. I would like to have the ability to add notes without closing the case. For example, I cna review it, add some notes, then assign it to someone else and they get my notes. Alternatively, if something does not need to be addressed immediately, I would like to put notes on it so when I come back to it I know which case it is.
