Alert

When viewing the Alert pane, we would like to see the guardian information such as contact info and address as well as home language in the same view as the Alert info.

Would like the ability to see a user's attendance within the Alert details. This would help to know at a glance whether that student was at school or not when an Alert was generated.

Would would like the ability to rename Imminent alerts on the Risk Indicator Report.

The ability to pause notifications for vacations/breaks

Customer wants some contacts to only be called (i.e. the Police Department) and some district staff to only receive emails. Currently, the workflow is to create fake or duplicate contact information, but being able to designate a user as call only or email only is the request.

Customer is looking to be able to break alerts up by last name for the students they are responsible for.

Customer would currently like a way to verify what level an alert triggered is considered.

Customer would like for a Copy URL button to be added into the case view for alert cases to be able to copy the URLs that are currently partially showed in the UI.

Is it possible to have Human Review closures indicate a reason? Even pre-selectable ones, that indicate "No threat detected" or something like that?
