Make the selectable area for the cursor bigger when classifying alerts. This would remove a great deal of tedium from the process.

Additional information would be helpful to get a better picture of the alert without requesting access from the student/user .

When an alert is generated based on the content of an email, it would be helpful to see who the email was sent to. For example, was the email that generated the alert the result of the student reporting the concerning behavior to a parent, teacher, or staff member, or was the email an interaction between students? This would be helpful to see in the information resulting from Human Review escalations and/or the UI.

High Schools and Middle Schools have multiple Assistant Principals and Counselors that need to be alerted from the escalation list. Can we raise the maximum from 4 to 8? Thank you.

Human review has occasionally closed cases that the building administrator felt needed more investigation. It would help to be able to reopen a case to ensure an unbroken record.

Currently, you can only add comments when closing an Alert. I would like to have the ability to add notes without closing the case. For example, I cna review it, add some notes, then assign it to someone else and they get my notes. Alternatively, if something does not need to be addressed immediately, I would like to put notes on it so when I come back to it I know which case it is.

I would like to ability to be able to add up to 8 staff members for a building escalation list. Currently we can only add 4 staff members. This would allow us to have all of our administrators and counselors in each building added.

When human review escalates an alert, an SMS text to the school district team would notify of the issue expediently. Email monitoring during out-of-office hours is not viable.

We need a way to merge or bulk delete alert messages. There are times when a student will share an image of a gun that falls within school activities. We have a trap team at the school. This means every time a student shares an image or even just includes an image of themselves holding a gun it trips the filter AND IT SHOULD! Obviously. However, clearing 30+ alerts one at a time is so time consuming for our dean of students that they are more likely not to have time to use Lightspeed alerts at all.
