Alert

We would like the ability to exclude certain sites from being raised as an Alert for websites such as CPOMS which are generating multiple alerts when staff are logging reports. (We want to monitor staff and therefore have our staff set to students under the profiling).

We have certain students that are of concern that we would like closer monitoring for and we would like to flag them so that if anything came up, it would alert us.

When a teacher adds a student manually to a class through Classroom, it affects the Alert notification by adding that campus Alert escalation for that student. If the teacher adds to the wrong campus, the students Alert notification now has two campus Admins. This is problematic, especially after hours. Is there a way to warn the teacher when adding a student manually that it is a different campus?

If we could get the AD string to be in the school field or just add the AD string as an additional field to the email that works too. The entire string.  The entire string contains the school and class they are in.  That one string gives us everything we need to locate a student.

Currently human review has the option to automatically close cases that are deemed no risk. It would be nice for some further granularity on this. As cases that may not have immanent threat, still might require further investigation and the cases being closed, might indicate to administrators that there is no further action needed, and this may not always be the case.

District would like to see additional levels of granularity in the types of Alerts that come in from the Human Review team (i.e., medium, low, etc, beyond just high).

I have to mark all of my staff as "Staff" in the AD Lightspeed Directory Sync tool so Lightspeed Alert's Google integration doesn't scan their drive contents, however doing this allows all of them to access Lightspeed Classroom. I don't want certain Staff in my Staff OU to access Lightspeed Classroom. I only want users in my Teachers OU to access Lightspeed Classroom. There is no way to turn this off for Staff currently since you only utilize the one Staff flag. Instead of using the Staff flag, can you implement flags for your products like "Alert" and "Classroom" so we can toggle which users we want to use each system, or do something else like add an additional flag like "Teacher" in addition to "Staff". I can't even block the url classroom.lightspeedsystems.app via an access list for my Staff OU in a Filter policy as a work around, because I have to exclude lightspeedsystems.app in Filter for the product to work. Thanks for your time in looking into this for us!

Can you make a link/button "Me" next to "Assigned to: Unassigned" link for assigning alert cases. 99% of the time the people are probably going to want to assign it to themselves anyway, a quick link to assign it to yourself would be great here. The issue is that the Unassigned link pops up a search box that shows all Lightspeed Filter owners and my list is huge from our ITC like 30 people, and the user has to scroll for their name. Also the search/filter doesn't work properly, when searching for my name other people still show up that shouldn't be in the filter/search list. It would be nice to be able to have a group maybe Alert Admins and then only show the users in that custom group in this list so we have control of the names in here, thanks!

We have Alert admins who are not "Account Owners" and only manage Alert. It would be nice to be able to give them access to the new Alert Insight feature report without giving them full admin to all our Lightspeed products. Let me know if I'm just missing where to set it up for them. Thank you.

90 day report to flag multiple case closures. It would be helpful to have an alert after x number of cases for a singular incidents are closed.
