Alert

Customer is currently wanting to implement for Alert to have an option to always generate alerts whenever the term suicide is used, they currently utilize Flagged terms for the searches that have no intent but would like to have the option to always alert for this term.

The system shall allow for customers to be able to designate escalation contacts who receive email and/or phone calls by alert category

Customer is looking to be able to break alerts up by last name for the students they are responsible for.

customer would like a quick way to check the installed version of the alert agent on macos devices, rather than having to go through the alert agent logs to determine the build version

When viewing the Alert pane, we would like to see the guardian information such as contact info and address as well as home language in the same view as the Alert info.

Would like the ability to see a user's attendance within the Alert details. This would help to know at a glance whether that student was at school or not when an Alert was generated.

Would would like the ability to rename Imminent alerts on the Risk Indicator Report.

The ability to pause notifications for vacations/breaks

Customer would currently like a way to verify what level an alert triggered is considered.

Customer would like for a Copy URL button to be added into the case view for alert cases to be able to copy the URLs that are currently partially showed in the UI.
