Alert

Following case 00581841, I’m requesting a feature that automatically removes or disables users who are no longer present in Azure AD. The current process leaves inactive accounts in Lightspeed, which continue generating Alerts on historic emails and now requires me to manually clear 800+ legacy accounts to prevent further alerts. This automation would prevent false alerts from inactive users and keep the directory aligned with Azure AD. Thank you.

Please consider allowing alert to show flagged terms, or custom phrases that can be entered. This may be useful when schools want to closely monitor certain keywords and have this generate a timely alert. Or alternatively, for when they maybe monitoring specific instances of a gang name or other local incident that they wish to monitor more closely. Having the ability for Alert to screenshot / provide more indepth information around that incident to DSLs would be extremely beneficial

I often get alerts about flagged terms like "i cut myself" that do not tell the whole story. I had an alert that a student emailed a friend saying "i cut myself", although whenever I went to the actual email the full sentence was "I cut myself when I was making fruit slices".

We have certain students that are of concern that we would like closer monitoring for and we would like to flag them so that if anything came up, it would alert us.

I would love the ability to process (mark "closed", add notes, etc) Alert items in bulk. For example, a teacher has students write a paper on slavery and lychings - I get 30 alerts. All of which are essentially false-positives. It would be a HUGE time saver if I was able to select them all, and close them all at once.

Monitor student interactions and full chats in copilot no matter the device being used, competitors have started to do this to ensure AI chats are monitored.

Adding the ability to also scan and check desktop applications would provide more coverage for other methods of text strings would provide more safeguarding coverage.

We would like the ability for the Alert system to do auto assigning of a case to a designation Admin for each school where a student resides.

We would like the ability to exclude certain sites from being raised as an Alert for websites such as CPOMS which are generating multiple alerts when staff are logging reports. (We want to monitor staff and therefore have our staff set to students under the profiling).
