Hi Support, It will be a great feature to allow bulk "Forget iPad" action while devices are in Lost Mode. Performing this action in bulk, ideally via CSV input, would save time.

Can the font on the lock screen be larger so staff are able to quickly determine who the iPad belongs to? Currently, the font for the ID is small. If there were a way to increase this font size it would be helpful. Or if there were a way to click it and it opens to a secondary splash screen with larger print or more information. That would be very helpful.

I noticed by chance earlier this week that out MDM server credentials had expired almost 3 weeks ago. With the VPP tokens, there will usually be a banner at the top of the page to alert one week out before they expire. Could a banner be placed or an email notification be enabled to alert when the server credentials are about to run out, similar to the token alert?

It would be a great feature, if we could schedule a shutdown of all iPads at a certain day/time. Especially holidays and weekends.

We have a group of visitor management devices (iPads) that would benefit from weekly restarts out of hours to update the apps.

Can you add tick boxes to have the ability to select all apps for update instead of having to select each one?

It would be useful to have the ability to still use the self service portal to download apps without the need of assigning a device to a user. We tend to have devices assigned to a classroom for shared use but at times to maintain a stable capacity on a device, we would prefer not to have to force deploy apps. Currently the option of having to assign a user to a device is not ideal knowing the device will never be only used by one or a select few.
