Students after hours data is not accurate due to one single time frame for when school starts, and when school ends. Some schools start sooner, or have early release, and this skews the data.

Leander was promised a searchable PO field on the license management page where they could put PO numbers and then look for them later.

they are not rostering filter via oneroster or schoolday, and clever doesn't match to the user's machine accounts. having the option to roster insight with google would give them the ability to have consistent user data across platforms.

Would like to ability to connect teacher app requests that come through Digital Insight directly to our preferred IT Ticket Portal

Customer reports an app is approved for staff and student use but is only searchable under the actual vendor name (in this case “Freedom Scientific.”) Users know the app under a different name ("JAWS") but searching the name does not return results, causing confusion locating the approved accessibility tool. Customer is requesting the ability for us or them to rename the app or set an alias for it that is searchable. As of right now, if we rename the app, it renames it for all other customers as well. We would like to be able to instead do it on a customer specific basis.

Our District needs the ability to send out automatic notifications to admins for action on 90/60/30 days until expiration for proactive License Management and App Approval statuses

They want to be able to see how class groups are handling screen time as well. When concern arises for excessive or under utilization, it helps to be able to break down the averages to see if specific teachers are over or under utilizing technology.

Their Finance Clerks need access to ROI and licensing information for their responsibilities, but the customer does not want to grant them organization-wide administrative permissions simply to access these features. Customer Concern: The current role structure requires granting Finance Clerks broader permissions than necessary, creating an access-control concern. The customer would like more granular permissions so users can access ROI and Licensing while remaining limited to their appropriate administrative scope.

The district would like to be able to grant campus level access to their campus principals.

Will we have the ability to have start and end time for in school/ out of school by campus?
