The Problem: To comply with state audit requirements, our school must regularly pull student engagement reports that cover specific, multi-week periods. Currently, Digital Insights limits this reporting to a single-week view (see attached screenshot). To meet state mandates, our administrative team is forced to download multiple individual weekly reports for a student and manually merge the data in Excel. This is highly inefficient and creates an unnecessary administrative burden. Proposed Solution: We request that the reporting feature be enhanced to include a custom date range selector. Expected Behavior: An administrator should be able to select a specific "Start Date" and "End Date" (e.g., 1/17/26 - 2/12/26) for a user and export a single, continuous engagement report that covers the entire selected period, rather than being restricted to a one-week parameter.

Need a way as an admin to be able to customize the app approval request form? The current one does not collect enough required information.

Would like to ability to connect teacher app requests that come through Digital Insight directly to our preferred IT Ticket Portal

Districts would like the ability to have apps that correlate to whole URLS. Currently if the client is using something like Pearson, even though there are multiple product they could be using, we only categorize the app in the library and track data based on the host URL and not the whole URL. It would be great to add this ability so district can track the product interactions.

Is there a way to report on the device serial number ( or computer name) ? With having Digital equity we can see the device used by student in the device details. It would be nice to be able to match the Device ID to what is in Azure for a district?

The App Library is currently accessed via the book icon in the top-right, which is easy to miss and confusing for users. Since the App Library is a core part of managing apps, it would be more intuitive for it to live under App Management, with the Public List link presented as a sub-menu item under Public List Management rather than being hidden behind the book icon. From my experience onboarding staff, overall navigation between several areas of the platform is not intuitive, and clearer, more predictable placement of key links would significantly improve usability for new and infrequent users.

It would be great if DI could pull the list of apps that we have already approved for SSO sign-ins and mark them as approved already.

I would like to share information with teachers, but not parents using CatchOn. Suggestions for implementation and district guidelines for use.

It would be great to be able to select multiple apps at the same time and send them to the in-review area of app approval management. Additionally, it wouldn't hurt to have the same bulk function for not approved and approved.
