For district reporting, they would like the ability to remove out of school screen time metrics from the user details page. Original requester: Northwest ISD.

They want to be able to see how class groups are handling screen time as well. When concern arises for excessive or under utilization, it helps to be able to break down the averages to see if specific teachers are over or under utilizing technology.

It would be valuable to only display the SDPC icon on applications that the district has active agreements in place with, or to have a different icon that could serve in this capacity. Perhaps something that could be disabled or enabled?

Automatically approve an application with a signed DPA on file at SDPC.

I’d like the ability to add notes to a license. The usage cost is not the same as it is billed. I’d like to add notes such as term length and how I calculated the cost of nonstandard. Also note for future cost reviews. I know of one product we have that its more cost effective to get a site license even though a smaller set of students use it. Putting that in the notes when it comes to cost review / usage time would be helpful.

Students after hours data is not accurate due to one single time frame for when school starts, and when school ends. Some schools start sooner, or have early release, and this skews the data.

Will we have the ability to have start and end time for in school/ out of school by campus?

When editing the Public List site, I would like a rich text editor (or HTML option) so that I can space out the text and emphasize certain words. You can see how difficult it is read our distirct message. I need to be able to do bullets and bold.

An application usage report that provides a complete list of applications and the cumulative time spent in each application, rather than only displaying average usage time. The report should support filtering or grouping by: Grade level School Individual user Application approval status

Need to get Digital Insight in parity with our approved/declined app list on SDPC. In particular we have a lot of apps we need to update approval status for without having to search for each one individually.
