Public List Description Tools
When editing the Public List site, I would like a rich text editor (or HTML option) so that I can space out the text and emphasize certain words. You can see how difficult it is read our distirct message. I need to be able to do bullets and bold.
Exportable Application Usage Report with Cumulative Time and Approval Status
An application usage report that provides a complete list of applications and the cumulative time spent in each application, rather than only displaying average usage time. The report should support filtering or grouping by: Grade level School Individual user Application approval status
Bulk App Approval Status Update
Need to get Digital Insight in parity with our approved/declined app list on SDPC. In particular we have a lot of apps we need to update approval status for without having to search for each one individually.

SDPC Agreements through TEC should import to Insight
Michael Smith from Liberty Community Unit School District 200 would like for Agreements that show on their SPDC through their association with TEC to be shown in Lightspeed without having to manually upload them.
SDPC Agreement Expiration Notifications
Our team would like the ability to set up notifications within Digital Insight for our applications when an SDPC Agreement is coming up for expiration in a set amount of days.

SDPC Icon -- Have it only show up for active agreements
It would be valuable to only display the SDPC icon on applications that the district has active agreements in place with, or to have a different icon that could serve in this capacity. Perhaps something that could be disabled or enabled?

Insight Time/CIDR for In School and After School reporting per school
Students after hours data is not accurate due to one single time frame for when school starts, and when school ends. Some schools start sooner, or have early release, and this skews the data.
Class Level Screentime
They want to be able to see how class groups are handling screen time as well. When concern arises for excessive or under utilization, it helps to be able to break down the averages to see if specific teachers are over or under utilizing technology.
Campus Level Access for Screen Time Dashboard
The district would like to be able to grant campus level access to their campus principals.
PO field (searchable) for Leander ISD
Leander was promised a searchable PO field on the license management page where they could put PO numbers and then look for them later.
