Clients would love the ability to see active window time for their Windows devices.

I need to be able to access the Digital Insight raw data to setup PowerBi dashboard where the client will have the data and can drill down into the information.

Can you add another integration that allows us to create Insight widgets for only applications that were successfully accessed and not blocked in filter? Icons also indicating the access would be helpful. When we're looking through the sites accessed, we have to cross reference the filter logging to determine whether the site was actually accessed or not so being able to filter out sites that were blocked in the Insight reporting would be super helpful!

In the state of MN, not only do we have to report on which applications are collecting student data, but we have to identify which data elements each application collects. For example: name, email, grade, course progress, etc. It would be nice if: Lightspeed added these data elements to its application database and listed them in the Application Profile so we didn't have to find out from the vendor which data elements are tracked. These data elements were reported in the public list as data collected by the vendor. We are currently working with each vendor to determine the data elements that they collect, and then we are pasting that information into the "District info" field and publishing that field. This works, but it requires a lot of manual work on our part and the "District info" field is really not an obvious label/description for the type of data we are putting there. (It also prohibits us from using that field for its intended purpose). PS: Instructure LearnPlatform does this.

We need the ability to control the permission levels of the users. We want to be able to say give them access to the dashboard but not the app activity, etc.

I would like to have the ability to add a license at the District level that does not pull in all the campuses, like an Admin campus. For example, an app only used by District Administration (HR, Risk, Facilities) and not at any schools does not need the cost spread out over all the campuses in the district.

Improve the navigation when browsing. If I go into an app on page 7 when I go back to the app library I'm thrown back to page 1.

It would be great if the privacy policy changes were more about the actual content changes (text added/removed) and less about the layout and formatting changes.

The ability to search all three categories for apps at the same time, also with wild cards, would be extremely handy. Teachers dislike having to search in each category (Approved, In Review, and Not Approved) separately.
