Tag the difference in APPS vs WEB LINKS on app tiles to see difference up front without having to click into each app and see if it is the app version or the web version.

Add a "District Supported" status.
Right now, you can choose between "approved", "in review", and "not approved". But an "approved" application is not necessarily supported by us. In fact, most aren't. We really need to be able to differentiate between items that are approved for use and ones that are district-supported.

approved app lists (Separate lists for public and internal)
Right now, everyone has to use the public portal to see application status. It would be beneficial to be able to create additional portals for internal use. Specifically for teachers. The reason is because we would prefer to share less information publicly than we do internally. Or is there a way to handle this with dashboards?

License Mgmt & Approved Apps Expiration Notifications
Our District needs the ability to send out automatic notifications to admins for action on 90/60/30 days until expiration for proactive License Management and App Approval statuses

License View Only Custom Role
Ability to have a custom role where they can only view app license information and not app usage information.

In school versus out of school usage
Would be nice to be able to track in-school and out-of-school usage based on IP address so that we truly know if the student is at school or home. Our schools have different start and stop times so tracking by time of day is not exactly accurate, especially with students who may be absent or homebound and afterschool programs.

Be able to Compare Suggested Use TImes VS Actual Use Times in Insight
We want to be able to enter the "Suggested Use Times for Fidelity" for each solution that has a recommendation on length, and then have Insight tell us who is meeting that threshold or not. For example, i-Ready recommends 45 minutes of practice per week. This might look like a portion of the approval process where the customer can manually enter suggested time, and then the App Activity might show a percentage of students who are meeting that threshold and/or the actual number of students. I imagine that over time we could also collect the suggested use times for fidelity and have them just be a part of the app. The rationale is to be able to see if students are using apps (specifically paid apps) with fidelity and to not just rely on Engagements/Unique users as a justification. Making the VPAT a link instead of a tag
As part of our district's plan to be in conformance with the regulations for the ADA ( https://www.ada.gov/resources/2024-03-08-web-rule/ ), we need to make the accessibility information available for families per tool. Could you add the link to the VPAT or ACR (Accessibility Conformance Report) in the Terms of Service and Privacy Statement area? This would match our need. As a tag, it does not. Thank you!
