Districts would like the ability to have apps that correlate to whole URLS. Currently if the client is using something like Pearson, even though there are multiple product they could be using, we only categorize the app in the library and track data based on the host URL and not the whole URL. It would be great to add this ability so district can track the product interactions.

Need a way as an admin to be able to customize the app approval request form? The current one does not collect enough required information.

I would like to share information with teachers, but not parents using CatchOn. Suggestions for implementation and district guidelines for use.

Right now, you can choose between "approved", "in review", and "not approved". But an "approved" application is not necessarily supported by us. In fact, most aren't. We really need to be able to differentiate between items that are approved for use and ones that are district-supported.

Add Staff Approved to the 3 approval status options. Many apps are for staff only. If an app is on the Not Approved side, people assume it is Not Approved for EVERYONE. Or if it's on the Approved side, it's approved for EVERYONE. No one actually expands an entry to view the full details.

A way to easily identify the applications that are for Staff/Teachers only. Many people do not expand the Approved App details to look at the Notes.

Our district currently uses LearnPlatform for our library and we can create our own custom tags, privacy statuses, and approval statuses. Districts are not uniform in their evaluation process so custom tags and statuses are extremely helpful. Is it possible we could have this option so we could consider moving our library to Insight?

Right now, everyone has to use the public portal to see application status. It would be beneficial to be able to create additional portals for internal use. Specifically for teachers. The reason is because we would prefer to share less information publicly than we do internally. Or is there a way to handle this with dashboards?

You can currently make URL for each campus's public URL, but it opens the primary page with a filter selected. I would like to see a completely separate public site for each campus with its own unique URL.
