Lightspeed MDM does not use the date format of the country your in - it defaults to US. This makes it very confusing for users in countries that use dd/mm/yyy and it's a pain to filter and sort exported csv files in Excel.

This seems to be a common issue across Lightspeed with a number of users asking for the same thing. Please set the date format for the UI and for exports across the system to the user's country default.
