Following case 00581841, I’m requesting a feature that automatically removes or disables users who are no longer present in Azure AD. The current process leaves inactive accounts in Lightspeed, which continue generating Alerts on historic emails and now requires me to manually clear 800+ legacy accounts to prevent further alerts.

This automation would prevent false alerts from inactive users and keep the directory aligned with Azure AD. Thank you.
