I feel like it would be helpful if with lightspeed Alert, users could leave comments on a case for further users to see. for example I am in IT, so will not generally be the one responding to cases, but on occasion I may have a theory or some insight into a case that I would like to share with my team. I feel having a section for this within alert would be beneficial, but this would be best to have a toggle for so as to allow districts the decision to direct those communications elsewhere.
