The ability to create Reports for alert cases to show year group trends on alert and how many alerts have been created in a certain time period, that can be exported to PDF

I need to be able to find out who closed a case.

Admin should be able to set notification preferences for all new users rather than the only option being for them to set their own notification preferences. Users should be able to override.

Some schools trigger more alerts than others. Would like a report that compares the schools in their districts. The feature could also show the top schools with the most alerts in a given window (last 30 days) Customer ID: 62-3664-A000

High Schools and Middle Schools have multiple Assistant Principals and Counselors that need to be alerted from the escalation list. Can we raise the maximum from 4 to 8? Thank you.

I would like to ability to be able to add up to 8 staff members for a building escalation list. Currently we can only add 4 staff members. This would allow us to have all of our administrators and counselors in each building added.

Direct integration between CPOMS and Lightspeed Alert, enabling the direct logging of Lightspeed Alert cases into CPOMS. CPOMS is currently used in over 16,500 educational organisations and this feature is something that is nearly always desired if we're talking with CPOMS customers.

When students search for types of firearms or ammunition we would like to be alerted. Better safe than sorry and currently the only way to do this is to put in a bunch of flagged terms.

Currently, the ability to disable notifications for certain people during off-hours is only available for school level escalation lists. We would like to have separate notification lists at the district level for school day and after hours notifications.

District Administrators are requesting that Students Location and email/username be included in the csv file downloads of open cases
