Client requested the option to select or assign the students school of record for the purposes of Alert. Their request arose from a students alert being sent to multiple contact lists, one of which he had only an indirect connection (Tech School teacher rostered to multiple schools, but only teaches at the Tech School) Students who attend multiple campus for things like dual credit or tech courses could run into this. Client would like any Alerts to always go to the students main rostered school no matter their alternate locations.
