In the event that a district receives an Alert this is submitted to NCMEC for review, they need to be able to identify this content in their own environment as quickly as possible. The district would like the Alert notification to provide them with as much detail as possible to assist with identifying in their environment and or vault where the content in question may be located.
Examples of fields that would be helpful:
  • timestamps
  • email filename
  • document id (if available)
Any other metadata that we collect that could be surfaced to speed up the process of identifying the content in their environment would be helpful.
