Now that we can have more than 4 contacts in an escalation list, We would like to be able to disable/enable users without deleting them. Our District Office staff take over the alert responses during Winter, Spring, and Summer breaks. Previously I would have to delete all 4 contacts, then add in the new 4 contacts and repeat at the end of the break. I would love to be able to simply disable the school staff and enable the district staff, and visa versa at the ned of the break.
