It would be very helpful to allow admin to go through and see who has the alerts on and be able to turn on Alerts on if necessary

Notifications for all feilds should be turned on automatically when the alert cases are turned on to be created. We've had these alert cases on for 3 months now and are just now realizing that these feilds have not been sending to anyone other than to lightspeed. We have group admins that are not tech savy and walking them through how to turn on the notifications for feilds is not an easy task. The case is already being created and works great for the original ones that were on by default. Really scratching my head why this notification page is even here. I'm sure other districts are having the same issue and not realizing it like us.

Right now, a user has to modify email preferences for themselves to not get notifications sent by Alert. Owner level admins should be able to do this for other accounts. We have other owner admin accounts that should not be receiving Alert emails at all, they are owner admins in order to work in filtering, MDM, and Classroom.
