Multiple customers reported an incident where lower-level Alert admins within districts had their personal Alert notification toggles turned off requiring them to log in and turn them back on manually.

Customer requested that a global setting under Alert be added so that they can mass switch the toggle on for their low-level Alert admins in the event an incident like this occurs again, or if they need to force turn on specific Alert categories for Alert admins in the future.
