It's a great option allowing Human Review the ability to close a case. The problem is when that case should not have been closed. At a minimum, allow comments to be assigned to an alert closed by Human Review.

Actually, the ability to re-open any closed case would be a plus.

Currently there isn't a way to reopen a case that was closed by human review. Please give us the option to reopen a case.

Human review has occasionally closed cases that the building administrator felt needed more investigation. It would help to be able to reopen a case to ensure an unbroken record.
