Safeguarding staff do not have visibility of the messages immediately before or after the flagged content within the same conversation. This limits their ability to quickly assess intent, severity, and context without separately accessing Teams. The customer would like additional surrounding message history included directly within the alert case to support faster and more informed safeguarding decisions.
