When testing, manually created club classes, or dual enrollment courses, there are times where the student and teacher have different campus associations preventing teachers and admins from adding students via email. The link can be slower than what they would like for student interaction.

Please allow teachers to add students by email address. The opt in code doesn't work when the student is testing in another room per IEP. I want to be able to create a class and add students myself using account information.
