You should be able to easily view which classes are in session from the home screen

If I don't remember to open the next classroom, then they aren't blocked per the web rules. What is the point of putting the schedule of the class in the scheduler if it doesn't automatically start the class and apply the web rules? (Hint: teachers have millions of things going on and remembering to open the "class" so the web rules apply is overlooked.) Please make it so that if the class is "in session" that it applies the web rules as long as the teacher is logged into the Lightspeed program for the day. Or at the very list, a pop up reminder that the current class is over and asking if the teacher would like to move to the next scheduled class.

The schedule is pointless when teachers have to manually open the class for it to work, and then are expected to be able to sit at their computer to monitor student screens. Have you guys ever been in a classroom? The best use for device management is in the absence of the teacher, and guess what, subs can't access your system, so when we are gone kids have FREE REIGN over anything on their device with your program which in my opinion renders it useless. I know you claim it's by design so not to impose on the students outside of school hours or holidays, but they are DISTRICT provided devices which are allowed to be controlled by the district and it's the reason I'll shout from the rooftops that your program is far INFERIOR to GoGuardian which works like a champ in all the areas you are lacking. Like recording student devices, and auto schedule working so we can see what they did when we were gone or when we were actively teaching and not sitting at a computer.

I am frustrated with the sign-on process. I am so tired of clicking a dozen buttons to get into the website. Half the time, after clicking and clicking and finally getting to the end, it says there was a problem, and I have to start all over. Even just submitting this idea, I was signed out after I typed the tip and lost all of the typing I did when I pushed to submit it. It is very distracting while I am trying to teach. Can you create a single-click sign-in?

Adding the ability to log into all desktop machines simultaneously, and logging into them to apply updates, restart, shutdown, and boot them up would be very beneficial to us all. This feature would save us a lot of time after school as I currently have to log into each of the 30 desktops and apply updates one machine at a time.

I want the ability to create a daily schedule that I can pre-set times to have the monitoring start and stop without me having to click anything. It would be nice to pre-input the period bell schedule and know RELAY was tracking regardless of me sitting at my computer.

When Teacher shares screen with students it would be helpful if it would force the student to view teachers screen. As it is now students can choose to watch and some do not.

As others have mentioned, I'd love to be able to limit the number of tabs that students have access to! This is particularly helpful for digital tests!

Single Sign-On doesn't work at all and it's so frustrating to have to log in separately, and the fact that you kick us out randomly 24 hours after logging in is very annoying. Make SSO work at the very least.

A common request I have gotten from our teachers in the first few weeks of using Lightspeed is the ability to be able to add a URL to an allow or block list quickly. If they see a students on something that they shouldn't be, they'd love to have the option to just add that URL to their block list with the click of a button rather than copying and pasting the URL.
