They manage location across the globe (US, Japan and Germany) from a single instance. The issues are that some of the features in Classroom are dependent on times (timezone) and we currently only support 1 time zone setting, class schedules, classroom availability, Alert times of notification, Insight Screen time and During/Afterschool usage. The main focus of the POC is Classroom and this could impact the sale, the only alternative is having multiple tenants and that will be an issue for them.
