If I don't remember to open the next classroom, then they aren't blocked per the web rules. What is the point of putting the schedule of the class in the scheduler if it doesn't automatically start the class and apply the web rules? (Hint: teachers have millions of things going on and remembering to open the "class" so the web rules apply is overlooked.) Please make it so that if the class is "in session" that it applies the web rules as long as the teacher is logged into the Lightspeed program for the day. Or at the very list, a pop up reminder that the current class is over and asking if the teacher would like to move to the next scheduled class.

A common request I have gotten from our teachers in the first few weeks of using Lightspeed is the ability to be able to add a URL to an allow or block list quickly. If they see a students on something that they shouldn't be, they'd love to have the option to just add that URL to their block list with the click of a button rather than copying and pasting the URL.

I want to be able to allow a site, while also allowing embedded sites such as a specific YouTube video that may be blocked for YouTube, but I would like for all clickable links that send students to other sites should be allowed as long as they are following the same site.

This is unacceptable. On the student-facing side, my name should never appear on the blocked page warning. The message should clearly state that the website itself is restricted and not imply that I am the one blocking it. Students are repeatedly blaming me and other teachers, creating unnecessary frustration and disruption across classrooms. GoGuardian never singled out teachers in this way, and I strongly miss that clarity. The blocked list is set by district requirements, not by personal teacher choice, and the current setup undermines that distinction. This issue needs to be corrected.

There are some commonly used apps- YouTube, Spotify, Canva that majority of classrooms use, that would be great to be added to the general list of approved apps.

I would like to have the ability to share my Allow/Block Lists with all of the teachers in my department. Right now, everybody is inventing their own and most of us are using the same URL's.

Every time I start a class session, I need to reapply my allow list. This wastes time at the beginning of my class and I use the same list daily. I would like you to add the feature that allows my class to be set to default to my allow list automatically. This would be a helpful option. Thank you for your consideration.

Students know that if they download a game that is an extension in Google Chrome, it can't be monitored or blocked.

When starting our class, we should have a feature where it closes out all tabs and opens up a preset list of tabs (our class Schoology Page, Google Docs, etc) so students are ready for class.
