Report a Problem doesn't always show up. It might show up once, and if I try to go into it, then back out, the Report a Problem link disappears.

I teach in an alternative setting. My students require close monitoring, but also need frequent breaks and celebrations of small achievements. I know there is a feature for students to mark themselves as done and access blocked sites, but if I allow that, my students will abuse it. I would like that feature to be expanded so that, as the teacher, I can mark them as done when they have completed the assignment or earned a reward.

Right now the way a student switches their status to "done" is student-controlled. I use Lightspeed in testing scenarios, and I'm looking for a way to allow studnets full internet access once they have finished their test. If teachers had the option to switch a student to "done" and allow full internet access that would solve my problem!

Currently students have the option to mark as working, need help, or done. Can we get a setting where if students are marking need help that it has a queue where it puts them in order based on when they marked need help. I have many students that will use the need help and I don't know who said it first in the system so I feel like I get to them in a different order than they should be.

Make Icon Bigger on teacher dash board and add color when they request. Also maybe make a tab Teacher can click to see who is waiting for an approved pass and this list would be in order of who requested first.

Here's an idea. Maybe actually load our classes so we can see our students and make sure they're doing what we asked them to do. I can see some of my last year's classes, but it hasn't worked at all for this year and our admin says you are NOT being supportive.

I would love to have the ability to view multiple classes at the same time. I teach multiple classes and sometimes they are both working on tasks at the same time. I would love to be able to pull up a combined view of those classes rather than having to toggle back and forth.

It would be helpful for a quick number of tabs to be displayed on each students' thumbnail. This way you don't have to click on each individual student to see how many tabs each student has open.
