Have the screen that blocks the site say "Blocked by District" instead of the teacher's name. Eliminates constant unnecessary argumentative distractions in the classroom. This is also especially helpful for substitutes, as they are not being constantly begged to deny the teacher's standing rules.

When a student tries to view a blocked site, they get an error telling them WHO blocked it. This should be anonymous, as if the district did the blocking.
