Lock Students Screen in One Website

This feature will allow students to be "locked" in one website. Their screen will be frozen and unable to open another tab, close the browser, or do anything besides be on the screen that the teacher locks them. This is different than the "custom web rules" tab because not all websites can be added to the site list.

It would be helpful to lock students to one website instead of locking their screen and they can't do anything. Like a lockdown browser.

We're on Chromebooks. I lock my student screens. They tell me all they have to do to get around the lock is open a new tab, which they do! Yikes. Please, fix this.
