I have figured out why my students are showing off line when they're not. They get around my restrictions by opening another tab/browser window...so it looks offline. Then they use this new browser window to do whatever they want without being monitored. And if they're showing offline, I can't lock their Chromebook. I've looked at videos to see how to stop them from opening these extra windows, but they only show how for GoGuardian. There seems to be no admin security for Lightspeed, so I can't change anything.
