It would be nice to be able to be able to control a student's chromebook from the teacher's computer.

Allow teachers to take over a students screen to direct learning or solve computer issues a child may not be able to solve just through verbal instructions

Specific Websites and Controlling Screens
r
rachele.weaver@opelikaschools.org
I, as a teacher, would like to see each website the student views. For example, if a student looks up something on Google, the teacher can't see that specific website. We can only see that they've gone to Google. Also, it would be useful if we could control their screen. With virtual school, it would be easiest for a teacher to control a student's screen when they have a question.. Another suggestion is to be able to send messages to and from students from the computer screen. We used to have a program that could do all of this and it was very helpful.

Having Remote Access to Student's Chromebook

Just like Chrome Remote Desktop App, teachers should be able to gain access to students' Chromebook so that we as teachers can assist students hands-on instead of having to verbally explain the process. It is sometimes painfully unbearable when explaining things and the students just don't get it. This would also be very beneficial for English language learners who cannot follow instructions as well.Perhaps this can be achieved when a teacher click on a students thumbnail. On the corner where it gives option to Share, Lock, Unlock, and Record, there should be another option for Remote Access.
