Problem Statement
Students currently have the ability to close or exit the teacher’s shared screen, reducing instructional control.
Expected Behavior
• Teacher can enforce a “locked” screen share mode
• Students cannot close, minimize, or bypass the shared screen while active
• Teacher retains full control over when screen share starts/stops
Current Behavior
• Students can manually close the screen share on their device
• Teacher cannot enforce visibility
Impact
• Loss of classroom control
• Students may disengage or miss critical instruction
• Undermines core value of classroom management tool
Suggested Solution
• Add “Lock Screen Share” toggle when initiating share
• Disable close/minimize options on student devices during locked mode
