The Azure sync in its current state is pretty bad compared to other enterprise apps and how they provision users/groups. Having to wait 60 minutes to resync because you forgot to refresh the OU structure first is painful. The sync log is also pretty useless compared to the old AD sync. Maybe were in the minority but migrating to full cloud on our end should make things easier within third party systems, not harder. It's good enough to get by, but hopefully this can be put on a roadmap to be redesigned.
My expectations are an enterprise app within Entra that I can assign Users/Groups, which then provision into Lightspeed. You can then view provisioning details within Entra to see why a user might have failed to sync. This is how a majority of third-party applications integrate with our IdP.
