Need to be able to give users access to Flagged Terms reports in Lightspeed who aren't administrators over the filter.
I want to be able to set up Principals/Assistant Principals/Councelors/Social Workers to get alerts and be able to see reports. We want to implement this feature in our county but we don't have the manpower to montior yet one more thing.
This would be an effictive tool for staff who would deal with such issues first hand. In my opinion, the information that the 'Flagged Terms' feature can uncover is out of the realm of the IT world. Once it is initially set up, it belongs in the hands of administrators/social workers/counceling.
