Dear Lightspeed Support Team,

I would like to submit a feature request regarding the Google Workspace integration.

Currently, when syncing users from Google, the Grade field in Lightspeed remains empty, even though the student’s Title field in Google contains the year group information (e.g., “Year 9”, “Year 10”, etc.). As a result, we are unable to reliably use Grade within Lightspeed for alerting and reporting purposes.

At our school, the Title field in Google is consistently used to define student year groups. However, this value is not being mapped or interpreted as the Grade field in Lightspeed during synchronization.

Requested Enhancement:We would like the ability to:

Map the Google Title attribute directly to the Grade field in Lightspeed, or

Configure custom attribute mapping within the Google integration settings, allowing administrators to define which Google fields populate Grade.
