One thing we ran across is our Admin account moved to a Custom Admin Role and thus took it off the list to confirm syncs. However, the system would keep syncing and acting as if it was working properly. Deep down it was not. The only way to know that the token was not syncing right or the system was not indeed all green and good to go even though it says it is was contacting support to find out there was a backend error about not having sufficient privileges. It would be good to be able to receive those errors if they occur.

Is there an alert that can be sent from light speed indicating a sync has not been completed in x number of days? (I know my Azure sync alerts me if it has not synced.) This would need to be done from the host side not the client as the client may have failed.
