It would be nice to be able to customize the verbiage in the header of the parent report. It states that they can "temporarily limit access" but that's not true unless we're using after school rules.

Are you saying that it's misleading sounding unless After School Rules are in effect? Or are you saying that you want that option to be hidden entirely? If the second, you can disable that setting with the toggle in your Parent Portal settings.
