Add Self-Service/Assigned/Inherited Apps source as a column to the App export report. That way we know how the app is being assigned in the group. Maybe even a coulmn with the group name and SIS ID.

Also having an app export at the root with all that would allow one report to cover the entire collection and let us know where it is assigned.
