Right now, everyone has to use the public portal to see application status. It would be beneficial to be able to create additional portals for internal use. Specifically for teachers. The reason is because we would prefer to share less information publicly than we do internally. Or is there a way to handle this with dashboards?

Hello, I would like the Public Facing DPA page to be embedded again!

I would like to share information with teachers, but not parents using CatchOn. Suggestions for implementation and district guidelines for use.

As a district admin, I would like to be able to assign apps with "In Review" status to particular users as part of my workflow of approvals.

This might be the person who requested the app -- or someone else. Either way, as we perform our annual review of our approved apps, the IT team often needs input from the internal customer(s) who are using the app. Having the internal customer documented in Digital Insight would help on multiple levels. If that could be displayed in the app's info on our public page, that would also help our users know who to reach out to if they need approval to gain access to the app or just have questions about its use or application. The field could be called "Internal Customer" or "Primary Stakeholder". (You get the idea...) Thanks

District is interested in being able to bulk update approval status given the large number they have in play in the district (650+)

The form-based request workflow is far too limited. It is also made available to the public when it is enabled - which we don't want. So for now we have to keep using our other online form and work in two systems. To be useable, we would need the following features: Ability to authenticate users, and capture their name, email, location, and title information, before a form could be submitted. Ability to modify the form fields/questions for our needs.

Need to get Digital Insight in parity with our approved/declined app list on SDPC. In particular we have a lot of apps we need to update approval status for without having to search for each one individually.
