Classroom (Teachers)

Sometimes students are needed for testing or missing work in other classes during my class time. If I could exempt them from the classroom rules individually that would be nice.

Admin's should be able to see custom classes becaose from there we can better help teachers add students to resource classes if they are having a hard time adding students. Also if there is a problem where we need to delete the class we can delete it from Relay.
