A while back we set up an OU for stolen devices. We used to use GoGuardian before switching to lightspeed. in GoGuardian we could track when a stolen device came online. We realized we could do this with Device Detective also and set that up when I set up the stolen OU my question is... How can I set it up so that we get alerts when a device in the Stolen OU shows activity? I'm told that this is not an option and it would streamline the process of finding stolen devices instead of having to check on them everyday. An alert with an email would be great.

If would be extremely helpful to have the block page show the users group membership.

Ability to set a policy and dynamically add users to it without creating an OU. Also having a penalty box tile on the dashboard to show who's in it and bring you right to a report.

It would be nice to have the ability to disable the Smart Agent on a device for either a set amount of minutes or until turned back on. This would help with troubleshooting filtering issues since the web activity log takes a bit of time to show results.

There is no reliable way to block the AI summary when searching on Google. This can often return incorrect, misleading or inappropriate content to students. It would be useful if there were something we could incorporate into Filter that enabled us to block the Google AI summary/overview.

We would like to be able to share with our Board/Leadership team "XX amount of parents are using the supplied Parent Portal". The metrics around 100 students are rostered and 50% of parents are using the tool would be invaluable

The ability to allow playlists to be categorized and/or added to Allow and Blocked

We would like the ability to add more than two guardians per child to login to Parent Portal

Have the ability to rather than block, redirect to the recommended site. Example - when user tries to go to claude, they get redirected to Gemini

When are you going to make available an API so we can use the data as we see fit?
