Would like to have the ability to stream all data to a SIEM tool such as Splunk

Create a URL or search box where teachers can search to see if a video or URL is blocked based on the school's Lightspeed Policy without having to log in. I've given out the: https://archive.lightspeedsystems.com/ But some videos that are smartplay or on my custom block list don't show up here. It would be ideal if a teacher could search to see if a video is blocked without having to log in. As it stands now, the only true way for a teacher to test a video, is to log into a chromebook as a student or test account to see if it is unblocked or not. I do not want to give all of my teachers logins to lightspeed console.

I would like to schedule a weekly report to safeguarding staff who don't regularly access the Filter dashboard. Staff already have so many systems to log in and out of, a simple report would help them decide if they needed more information. e.g. suspicious searches might indicate a trend or a concern for a particular student. These used to be available from the Rocket and I miss that functionality.

We are getting more and more IOT devices that have no way to authenticate to Lightpseed and am having to whitelist many sites for all users to get them to work. These are one off devices that have specific ip address. We have guests that come into our system and they do not have an authentication option without us creating an email address for them or someone else logging into computer for them to access to certain sites or youtube because they are blocked at default level. We have org owned devices that uses android and we can not get them to work in anything other than guest access and our teachers use these for instruction purposes. I would like to be able to select that device and give it staff access for relay permissions. This has been a huge issue since switching to relay and we are adding more and more of these devices to our network every day.

This is a content filter Default Rules question. So as I look at the Open AI site's ability to do all student's homework, I want to be sure I'll be able to filter AI sites if requested by the faculty. This is a RFE - Request For Enhancement. I would like a category for Artificial Intellegence sites created under Default Rules so sites categorized as AI - particularly those that can be used to complete homework assignments at the touch of a button - can be turned on and off if required. I would like a switch just like you have now for other categories, with whatever subcategories you feel would be appropriate.

It would be really helpful to be able to view live traffic to see what's being blocked when a user tries to go to a specific site. Currently I have to ask the user for a timeline when they think they got blocked at a particular site so I can check the web activity but if I can just monitor their live traffic and ask them to go to the page then I can see blocks happening in real time.
