We would like to request the ability for parents to view several months worth of data within the Parent Portal. We would also like to request an option for parents to download their website history as a .csv file.

We would like the ability to customize the Parent Weekly Report emails by including our district logo.

The addition of the scheduled reports in Lightspeed is a great first step, but the information provided as a CSV is to be honest worthless. In general there will be a dedicated team who ensur the safeguarding of students and usually these teams will not be technical and want report that are easy to digest a glance with the data ready formated in to a human readable format. I have attached copies of the documents we would receive each day as ascheduled reports from our Fortigate Firewall before moving to Lightspeed. The dashboards and reports in the dashboard are also good but need further refining. A feature that would make the reporting section much more useable would be the ability to setup cutom reports as you would using the Web Activity Log and then be able to save these as a custom report that can be accessed over and over again without having to setup the filter everytime. If these same reports could then have the option to schedule them as a scheduled report, PDF Format, this would make the entire reporting section of lightspeed useful. Another feature would be if when createing the reports they could be customised so that the data could be categorised in different ways, for instance by Category. If the reports could also have a link embedded that by clicking on it would take the reader to the lightspeed portal, for instance if we could click on a user and we were taken directly to that user would be very useful for non-technical staff being able to navigate Lightspeed quickly. We would be willing to work with Lightspeed on beta testing thse reports and designing a solution.

Fairfax County Public Schools would like to see the Dashboard & Reports permissions inside the Admin roles separated out into two separate permissions. We'd like to give some admin users the ability to only see Dashboards.

When are you going to make available an API so we can use the data as we see fit?

It would be very helpful for Chrome tab titles to be included when possible to the reports. Having only the URL included does not always give enough context of what a student is doing. For example seeing a URL that says they went to mail.google.com/longurl isn't as helpful as showing the tab title. Gmail for example changes the tab title to say the subject of the email and the account they are logged in on. For school site principals or assistant principals checking the logs having tab titles would be easier to glance over logs, without as much technical knowhow of what certain URL's equate to.

We would like to submit a feature request to be able to run a report or view version information in the console for filter agents currently deployed and reporting for our environment.

I find it odd that we have accounts for managers and admins to add and remove policies and to apply those policies to groups. However we have no record of which person did what. If I was to look at my filter and see one day facebook is blocked and the next its open, I would like to know who did it. I would also like this reporting function to last more then 6 months for historical data. This would in my case help me know who decided to apply a policy before I arrived. I would imagine adding notes would be useful but a simple "who did it" would be so helpful.

Please add the date next to the days of the week in the weekly parent report email. When parents receive a weekly report they only see the days of the week with number of sites but the dates are not included. As a parent myself, it would be extermely helpful to see the dates next to the days of the week, especially when viewing the email a few days after it was sent.

It would be nice to add an export to the audit Log.
